We collect account details such as your name, work email address, organization, and account role.

When you connect LinkedIn, we receive the identity details and authorization needed to publish content you choose to share. We do not receive your LinkedIn password.

We also store content created in Advo, sharing activity, connection status, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use information to provide and secure Advo, display your organization’s content, publish posts at your request, measure team participation, and support your account.

We do not sell personal information or use your organization’s content to advertise to you.

Connecting LinkedIn is optional. Advo uses your connection only to identify your profile and publish a post when you actively choose to share it.

You can disconnect LinkedIn in Settings. LinkedIn’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to information processed by LinkedIn.

Information may be processed by trusted hosting, authentication, monitoring, and integration providers that help us run Advo. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, the service, or our rights.

Your organization’s administrators can see workspace membership and sharing activity, but not your LinkedIn password or private messages.

We retain information while your account or organization uses Advo and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and operational purposes. We use access controls and encryption designed to protect stored credentials and account data.

You may update your profile, disconnect LinkedIn, or ask the organization that provides your Advo workspace to address access, correction, export, or deletion requests.

We may update this policy as Advo changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
